The site gets 100-200 unique visitors per day from Google alone. It consistently ranks on the first page for some of the most competetive keywords ever - "how to attract women" and also just "attract women". It also ranks on the first page for many other related keywords. The conversion rate is around 1-2% which in this niche I believe is quite high, especially considering the organic nature of the traffic.
The main highlight of the site of course is the amazingly well-written sales page which not only manages to convince the readers to purchase but also convinces Google that it is a highly keyword rich page that is worth ranking so high in an extremely competitive and highly searched niche.
The only marketing that has been done so far is blog posts 2-3 years back to help kick start SEO. Those blog posts will be around forever but irrespective of that, the site will definitely keep its position in Google.
The sale includes the entire site. That means the $5,000 sales letter, complete rights to the eBook which I am sure is worth more than $5,000 by itself, all the original testimonials, the custom site design and graphics which cost $600 to make and the right to use the famous name of "Seduction Schmuck".
I will do a free push at GoDaddy for the domain and get the site setup at your host for free. The ebook delivery after PayPal payment is completely automated through DLGuard, a very secure download management system.
In fact, the only thing you need to do after I setup everything for you is create a new PayPal account since that is non-transferable. And, then, if you have the time to do some marketing or advertising, the profits would increase much more. With targeted advertising (on 'seduction help' sites) more than two years back, I have achieved conversion rates of 5%!
The private appraisal I got pegged it at a value of $20,000 which is around 2 years of sales with no promotions at the same rate but frankly, I am not looking for that much.
