Pros:

a simple browser. Clean, uncluttered use of User Interface
Google specific website and login account may work and display better.

Cons:

The tab management is not great.

Installs a "Google Updater" windows service that is always running, even when you reboot your computer.
Take a look at Google Chrome's Privacy Policy. By default, Chrome sends user data to Google's servers.

- No custom keyboard shortcut configuration
Not being able to remove, add, or change keyboard shortcut keys is a Usability Failure:
