The Advanced Blueprint to Affiliate Marketing Success
The advanced methodology that you are about to master will bring not only huge increases in profits to your current project, but will fill your opt-in lists faster and provide huge content boosts to your ever expanding empire.
This is even more important once you integrate the Affiliate Profit Multiplier System. You’ll use your Multiplier mind map to mass produce your affiliate efforts so you’ll want to have a defined step by step plan to get your sites seen by as many people as possible with as much frequency as possible.
The absolute very BEST way to sell any affiliate program is to thoroughly integrate some of our promotional tools here with your existing website.
While just doing a 1-time or initial promotion using the tools above is good, and will result in you making some great money, it’s best to add a systematic use of our selling tools.
I’ve included examples and hyperlinks from my own affiliate page to help you both understand the process and give you a leg up when you become my affiliate.
By following my step by step blueprint that follows you can earn a HUGE ongoing residual income without end through affiliate site mass production.
By using the following this step by step guideline as we as your mind map, you’ll become a master of the Affiliate Profit Multiplier system that is the key to your affiliate marketing empire.
Advanced User Assumptions
I have not wasted a lot of time and space explaining every little nuance of this part of the Affiliate Profit Multiplier system because if you are at the advanced level of affiliate marketing and one want a leg up on the competition than you already know the basics. You are the kind of person that just want the edge over everyone else…if this is you welcome; you’ve come to the right place.
If you are a beginner you should breeze through this section of the book and make notes as to what you need to concentrate on when you get to the beginner section, the Mind Map, and the supplemental free additions to the main guide book.
To use this guide to its full efficiency you have to start with a list of people to market to.
This list can be yours (see my section on email marketing) or you can buy a qualified list of potential clients.
Day 1: Setup Your Email Auto Responder Series
The examples I am using have come directly from my affiliate program for this very book.
The following information are good examples that I am offering you to use as tools to sell your affiliate products!
They are examples of what you’ll want to produce, or if you’re dealing with a great company, they’ll supply them for you; this is what you use over and over again to market your affiliate products empire.
Go to the affiliate page of every product you’re going to put into the Affiliate Profit Multiplier and look for these sorts of tools. If they are missing from the affiliate page, contact support and ask for them.
Follow my rules to great headlines and copywriting and create your own materials as well!
Insert 3 email autoresponders (like the examples below) into your current autoresponder emails so that they become routine issues and advertisements for an ongoing series for new subscribers to your series.
You can develop your own custom advertisements to attract new subscribers to your series, or even easier use emails provided by the affiliate program you’ve chosen to promote.

Day 2: Leverage Your Existing Thank You Pages
After people sign up for your newsletter they are instantly taken to a “Confirmation Page” that usually tells them ‘Thank You!’ and what to do next. On this page you can add promotional tools in addition to the usual “Thanks!” This is a great way to take advantage of “HOT” potential buyers; they’ve committed to you this far so it’s only one more small step to check out another offer you’re promoting. Use these following examples as:
• Template for your own affiliate program
• A guide to design your own pages
Since you’ll be part of an affiliate program you choose you should customize this to the product you are selling.
Thank you for signing up for our Newsletter!

After someone makes a purchase from you they are taken to your “Thank You!” Page. On this “Thank You” Page you usually provide instructions to your customers telling them their next step. What most people don’t know is that several of the TOP Internet selling businesses (including Amazon) have concluded that as soon as a purchase is made or immediately after the customer is up to 7 times more likely to make another purchase (again, a sort of buying momentum).
Studies have shown that “upsells” included on your Order forms or “Thank You” pages increase sales substantially. One firm even boasts that 38% of its $19 million a year in sales are due to “upsells” located either on their Order Forms or immediately afterwards on their “Thank You!” Pages. (In case you didn’t do the math, that’s $7.2 million!)
Therefore it is beneficial for, online businesses to include “upsell” promotional tools on their Order Pages or “Thank You” pages allowing them to increase their business revenues by as much as 20% to 40%!
So in keeping with this strategy and in an effort to help YOU succeed even more so, you should add the following to some or all of your Thank You Pages.
Example Thank You Page:
Thank You for Your Purchase!

If you have a Membership Site, after people logout they will see your “Logout Page” that usually reads “You’re logged out. Please visit again” or something to that effect. It makes great sense that since your Members are routinely logging in and out regularly to your Membership Site that they will spend considerable amounts of time seeing your Logout Page. This is therefore a great place to post a promotional tool to upsell ’90-Day Affiliate Millionaire!’
Therefore, add this HTML code so that your Members will see it every time they logout:
Example Logout Page:
You Are Now Logged Out!

The Magic Ingredient: Consistency
When people want to lose weight, or learn something new that they know little or nothing about, they succeed BEST by doing a little bit at a time each day and without breaking from their usual daily regime. Think about it: If you want to lose weight you know that in order to be successful you MUST stay on track with your exercise or diet program, or else you’ll have wasted all your time and return back to your previous overweight condition, right? Or, let’s say you want to take a course on something you’ve always wanted to become an expert on. You can hardly expect to succeed if you start out well, but end up getting lazy and doing less and less lessons after a while. If you REALLY want those things, then you MUST be consistent. Nothing about each individual daily item is difficult (you just take things one day at a time to succeed). And if you’re to be successful selling your affiliate product or eBook (with no shortage of potential buyers by the way!) then you must use this reasoning for this project as well.
Much of this can be put on “autopilot” where you can easily just post some banners, post some articles, add some promotions to your usual autoresponder series, success pages, thank you pages, and logout pages – and in doing so you will produce a great residual profit stream for yourself!
Day 3: Setup Your Comprehensive Affiliate Success Calendar
This is your step by step calendar to success!
I’ve taken all of the mystery and guess work out of mass producing proven dependable results for the building of your affiliate empire.
Follow these daily, weekly, and monthly steps exactly as I have laid them out and use all of the tools I’ve provided for you.
This is the exact formula that I have used time and time again on my own Profit Multiplier System, a formula that is 100’s of web sites strong!
Make a calendar and schedule the next month now!
Make for yourself a calendar schedule with checklist of all the things you plan to do, and so that you can check-off the ones you’ve completed. One of the simplest but most effective secrets ever invented for the success-minded person is a checklist so they can see at a glance what’s already been done, and what still needs to be done. Adding just this one basic extra tool may mean the difference between making zero and $100,000’s!
Daily Path to Success
Each day visit one new free article site and post your articles (click for example) with your affiliate link embedded in them. Use the article submission resources we give you in this eBook as well as click here for additional ones. Just posting “1 a day” adds up to 365 articles posted by you containing your powerful promotion and affiliate link (and most of these over time will remain in Web space all over the Worldwide Web!)
Every few days look online and offline to see if you can find or newer ways to add to all the things we’ve outlined for you here. You might just think of lots of things we’ve never even thought, and new ways of promoting your products appear every day, some of but which work as well if not even better!
Weekly Path to Success Once a week do an email promotional (click for example) to another new email list. Use a squeeze page so that you can harvest your visitors’ names & email addresses for any future mailings as well as to later send to other exciting offers that will make you even more money! This way you automatically build your own valuable list over time!
Once a week run a cheap newsprint classified ads (click for example). Keep the ones that prove profitable (which should be nearly if not all of them!) And by adding a new ad to the running each time it starts adding up and increasing your income as well!
First you run one ad, then you’ll have two running, then three … and so on. After about one year you can easily have no less than 50 ads running weekly STRONG! (If each ad puts as little as $90 profit from just 2 sales into your pocket, that would mean you’d be making $4,500 weekly from just newspaper ads alone!) Once or twice weekly go “blogging” and feel free to post as much as you want. Use blog reviews (click for example). These pages get indexed as well and have a tendency to linger for some time, resulting in long-term free advertising as well! To get your blog posts some initial traffic submit your blog posts to a few of the top social bookmarking sites such as Digg.com, Reddit.com, and StumbleUpon.com. Twice weekly visit safe list ads (click for example) sites, banners exchange sites (click for example), and press releases (click for example) sites, and apply each of the tools respectively for each of these types of promotions. All these things you’ll see will REALLY start to add up for you, and you’ll see your ClickBank or other affiliate program checks continue to grow, and grow, and GROW!
Twice weekly visit forums and post messages using your signature ads (click for example). These entries by you will get indexed and serve as free advertising for many, many years to come! Each time someone reads your post they will see a link promoting your product or service, forever!
Monthly Path to Success Once a month run at least one magazine display ads (click for example) in a major opportunity-type magazine! Yes, you can! Remember: with our wholesale magazine advertising source you get up to 50% OFF or even more! (That’s because our source buys in bulk and sells to you at a reduced prices. Plus their site is so easy to use you’ll love it.) Magazines have a very, very long advertising life as we’ve received traffic from ads we’ve placed two years earlier! That’s because people keep magazines for years. They can be found in doctor’s offices and libraries for example where they are read hundreds and thousands of times each. This makes for an amazing compounded residual income over time – and 12 months means you could have 12 magazine ads running STRONG after just 1 year!
The traffic of which will often continue for many, many years to come – and this means an equal proportion of sales for many, many years to come as well!
Day 4: The Final Step

Part 2: Affiliate Marketing Basics Guidebook
The Basic Blueprint to Affiliate Marketing Success
How Affiliate Marketing Works
The way affiliate marketing works is very similar to a joint venture.
For example: Denny has a website that sells an e-book on tax lien investing (taxliensmadeeasy.com). Chris does not have a website but has a list of contacts that maybe interested in his e-book. Chris then signs up on Denny’s website to become and affiliate. Chris is sent to a unique link from the website (axliensmadeeasy.com).
Now if anyone purchases through this link Chris will get 75% commissions for it. This can be applied to almost any website that is selling a service or product.
How can you use affiliate marketing with your website? There are several affiliate marketing networks out there that you can join.
For example clickbank.com specializes in downloadable products. If you have a book you can very easily and quickly start making money on it by others selling it for you (they will send traffic to their affiliate link as long as they get half (or whatever you work out with them) for commissions).
Please go to clickbank.com for more details to set this up. There has been a great attraction to affiliate marketing as a way to earn money online since it was created, and this is because it is easier that selling directly or drop-shipping: with affiliate marketing you do not have to buy a product and then sell it, leaving you with a loss if you cannot sell your products; you do not have to handle products, you do not have to worry about after-sale services, you do not even have to handle the transaction between the provider and the buyer; affiliate marketing is a totally risk-free business. Beware also of affiliate marketing programs that ask for a joining fee: there are a lot of free affiliate marketing programs out there, and I believe that a website that asks you to pay before signing up has no other design than taking its own members' money.
Find free affiliate programs and mass produce them using your mind-map Profit Multiplier system.
If you want to earn money from affiliate marketing, you do have to put in some effort. If you already own a website and get traffic to it, then your work is already cut out for you: you need to choose a product related to your website that you can write about; you can write a review praising the merits of your product, place some advertisements on your website for it: the program you signed up for should provide you with a code containing your affiliate ID that will bring your website's visitors to the product's website when they click on that link, and if they decide to buy the product you will earn a commission. If you do not have a website, you can either get one (nowadays there are tools that can easily let you set up a more than passable-looking website), set up a free blog or even a Squidoo lens on a topic you are passionate about and write reviews.
Keep in mind that you will need some time and effort to build up the necessary traffic that will allow you to make one sale; you will have to be patient. If you do not wish to choose a product to promote but still want to be an affiliate marketer with Clickbank, one of the most rewarding affiliate program online, you can get a Clickbank portal, which is a great tool: it is a free website that also comes with free hosting and that allows you to promote the 10000 products from Clickbank's marketplace; when you sign up you will automatically have your Clickbank affiliate ID inserted in the 10000 products of your portal so you don't even need to know anything about coding or websites, all you have to do is bring visitors to so that you can earn commission on whatever product they decide to buy.
One thing I strongly recommend to all would-be affiliate marketers is to write a few good quality articles about the product or products you are selling and submit those to online article directories; very few article directories allow you to include affiliate links in your articles and author's resource box but including your website's address would be very beneficial to your business, as people that may not otherwise visit your website may read your article and want to buy the product you are writing about.
Writing articles and having them published in places outside your website will be a great help in earning money online from affiliate marketing as well as from your website's ordinary business: this will bring more traffic to it and this traffic will more than likely bring you buying customers for your affiliate products.
Site Design Basics
Your site needs to look like it is a commercial web site rather than an amateur home page. The design needs to be consistent from page to page and it needs to be easy to navigate. Contact details including physical address, phone numbers and email address need to be shown.
Graphics need to be minimized to ensure that your page downloads quickly. Also, ensure that your web host provides a fast connection to the Internet. Most people will not wait for a page that takes a long time to download. They will just move on to your competitor.
Make it easy to order. I recall seeing statistics recently that suggested that a large number of people abandon a web site in the middle of the order process. A common reason for this is that the order process is too time consuming and complicated. Make yours simple and quick and you will lose fewer sales.
Ensure that your web page has a strong headline that grabs your visitors and makes them want to read more. Your headline should in effect say "You have this problem, here is the solution". Your web site should then demonstrate that you understand the problem and that you can in fact provide the solution.
Testimonials and Guarantees
Testimonials and guarantees can have a huge impact on your level of sales. On the web, a key priority is to build credibility. The common methods used are having a privacy statement, publishing a newsletter, publishing testimonials from satisfied customers and providing a strong guarantee.
Take every opportunity to gather comments from your customers about how your product has helped them. Get their permission to publish these comments as testimonials. If need be, provide them with a gift for giving you their permission to publish their comments.
A way of getting comments is a customer feedback survey. This can be used for the purpose of gaining testimonials as well as seeking ways to improve your product or develop additional products your customers may need.
A strong guarantee will provide your visitor with greater confidence to purchase your product. Try to make your guarantee simple and without too many conditions. Always honor your guarantee without question or delay.
You can also set your website up with an affiliate marketing search company that will find affiliates for you, who can sell your product due to their customer list being in the same interests.
This is highly effect but will cost a finder’s fee. If you do not sell a downloadable product and actually have to ship it, you can still setup your website on an affiliate marketing system through some website upgrades.
Once you do this you can submit your website to affiliate marketing networks which is like an online directory where people search to sell your products. There are thousands of affiliate networks out there just waiting for you to tap into this resource.
Splitting commissions on sales that you did not have anyways is a real deal!
Affiliate Marketing is a popular method of promoting web businesses in which an affiliate is rewarded for every visitor, subscriber and/or customer provided through this efforts. It is a modern variation of the practice of paying finder's-fees for the introduction of new clients to a business.
Compensation may be made based on a certain value for each visit (Pay per click), registrant (Pay per lead), or a commission for each customer or sale (Pay per Sale), or any combination.
The most attractive thing about affiliate marketing from the business owner’s point of view is that no payments are due to an affiliate until he gets results.
Some e-commerce sites run their own affiliate programs while other e-commerce vendors use third party services provided by intermediaries to track traffic or sales that are referred from affiliates.
Some businesses owe much of their growth and success to this marketing technique, although research has shown in general the increase to be approximately 15-20% of online revenue.
Develop a Market Niche
Creating a market niche means you won't be competing with a lot of similar businesses solely on price.
The process starts with market research. Take a close look at your best potential customers, your competitors and tendencies in the market toward your products and services. Then determine how you can serve these prospects so well that they will decide to do business with you.
You’ll avoid wasting time and money by finding out exactly who it is you want to reach, and what their needs are. Once you know, you can package your product or services to fit the needs of your target market more closely, and you can write a letter that describes your offer and speaks directly to your customer.
Market research does not require expensive consultants, surveys or focus groups—all you really have to do is ask your customers the right questions. Ask these questions to determine if a particular niche is right for you:
1.
Have you identified a target market with similar interests and needs?
2.
Is the market large enough to support your business?
3.
Can I package my products or services to address that market's needs?
4.
Is my target market covered by ample marketers offering something similar?
5.
Can I reach my targeted market in a cost-effective manner?
Your market niche will give your sales efforts a natural targeted focus. The more you specialize, the more your market will see the importance of your services because you will be speaking directly to their unique wants and needs.
Assuming your niche has vast appeal, you could do very well by becoming a provider of products and services that can't be found elsewhere.
This is exactly why the Profit Multiplier system adds strength to your affiliate “portfolio”.
iStock_000005315240XSmall
Due to the fact that there are so many niche markets, it’s best to have products available to all of them!
Make a list of all the potential products you are interested. You can review the ClickBank Marketplace for products to market.
Don't limit your research just to items you like. What you are looking for is a niche product that will be profitable and has no heavy competition.
Remember, you are going to try to penetration every market by your cookie cutter production of affiliate sites!
Demand
Next, you need to find out what the demand for your product might be. One way to determine this is to look at search engines to see how frequently people search on the Internet for your product. There are several free tools that let you do this easily.
• Overture Key Word Suggestions
• Google Keyword External
Supply
Next, if you’re selling on the Internet, you’ll want to discover how much competition you have. Search Yahoo! Stores or Google for the product you're evaluating to see how much competition there is. Yahoo! will tell you how many products, and in how many stores, they are listed on their site.
Advertising
To see how hard it might be to break into the Internet market, check
Google.com,
spyfu.com or
FindWhat.com to see how many people are paying to advertise the keyword.
Putting It All Together
The end result of all this research should be several products that fit into a niche market - products with some demand, and relatively little supply.
The Internet is full of money-making-schemes, and the possibility of making money online just gets bigger and bigger every minute. Affiliate programs are one of the best ways of making big profits online. The Internet arena is not only limited to big money making businesses but also to small businesses that makes big profits on their chosen fields too. Marketing budget or having loads of money for marketing program strategies is not the only factor that will determine your success on affiliate programs, it's only one of the factors and the cost of having a business.
To get near the success territory of affiliate programs, the most important thing is to know what exactly you are looking for. You will always be in the right direction once you know where you are heading to. If you are aiming for success it is best to specifically choose affiliate programs that will provide you services or products that are in demand to sell online.
Commission structures should not also be neglected when dealing with affiliate programs. A monthly basis of income might not always be the option for you or your business because it will always depend on your market niche.
Let's have a concise summary of the things you need to consider to find a profitable service or product online.
So, here are the tips to find the best products to promote:
1) It should be top of the list to find services or products that are in demand.
2) Consider finding the best affiliate product that will provide you with the best commission rates.
3) Multiple income streams are always better choices if you're into generating more profits. These are the things to be considered when looking for affiliate products that will surely bring you great amounts of profits.
There are many networks that offers products, but only a small fortune of them allows you to track all aspects of your affiliate campaigns - how many visitors you brought, how many sales are made, where did the customers come from, which advertising sources gives you the most targeted visitors that converts into buyers and even which keywords used on search engines or pay per click campaigns bring you sales.

asic computer skills

Post your link in a blog. A blog is a short definition for weblog. A weblog is a journal (or newsletter) that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. Blogs generally represent the personality of the author or the website.
Often you are able to post on these blogs. Let’s say you have a website that is selling e-books on Home Based Businesses.
Forums

Link Exchanging
Link exchanging is when 2 or more websites add their links to one another’s websites. This is a very powerful method of free traffic driving that can benefit both sites.
There are several different ways to exchange links. The first is to simply contact the Webmaster or website owner to ask them. Make certain that the content of your site closely matches, or is very similar to the content of their site.
The reason for this is that you want the links to be compatible. For example, if people are visiting a website whose primary focus is on cats, they probably wouldn’t be interested in clicking onto a link about hunting. Therefore a hunting link would be nothing more than wasted space, which in turn could affect search engine results.
The next method is to find a free service that trades links with thousands of websites. Go to google.com and type into the search engine “free link exchange”. Over 13,600,000 websites that do exchanges will pop up. This resource is truly unlimited and highly effective!
One of the best is called Traffic Swarm at trafficswarm.com , which is a network of thousands and thousands of sites. However the unique thing about this service is that it will guarantee you traffic for FREE!
The final method is similar to the first method. All you do is search for websites that are relevant to yours and look for the “link to us” button on the home page. You will find that many websites have this feature. Once you click onto it, you will be prompted to fill out the required information and press submit. Sometimes it’s instantaneous and other times it may require approval.
Viral Marketing
Viral marketing is an Internet marketing secret that has been kept quiet for some time.
The object of viral marketing is to send a funny joke, poem, picture, or movie with your website link to promote it. Here is a great example: I get e-mails weekly from my mom with funny jokes that she has passes on from her friends. If you actually look at the e-mail you can see how many times it has been forwarded. In most cases it’s been forwarded to over 100+ people. So when you receive emails like this, why not capitalize on it?
Your friends will then do the same and forward it on, especially if the joke or poem is funny! This can replicate for a long time as it spreads your link outward and markets it like a virus… Hence, “Viral Marketing.”
Offer a Free Gift
Here is a “no-cost” advertising tool that can be used in conjunction with other methods. You can drive traffic to your site by offering a free gift. The free item itself could be any informational report, e-book, tips & tricks booklet, manual, or other paper and ink product. The purpose of your “Free” offer is to create a hook, incentive, or enough interest to bring people to your website where they can read your report.
You may be thinking that you don’t have a free gift to give! But you do, of course! The fact is you have to have some type of knowledge about the product or service you are trying to sell!
Let’s say, for example, that you have a website that is selling a home based business. Let’s further assume that because you are selling the product you must know something about home-based businesses. But even if you didn’t, you could quickly write a 1 or 2 page report after doing some research on the Internet.
At the end of your report you would then market the front-end product you are trying to sell. In this case a Home-Base business that earns $750 a Day! By creating a catch line like: “Get Your Free Report On Making $750 a Day (while it’s still legal) by clicking here (a link to your free report).
Banner Ads
Banner ads have been around for some time now and you have probably clicked on one at some point. For those of you that do not know what a banner ad is, it is a rectangle or box shaped advertisement on a website that may or may not be animated.
Most of the big search engines have now banished this form of advertising on their websites because it was too expensive.
Most websites will let you post your banner ad on it for a flat monthly fee. It will take some research on your part to find the right website to post your banner ad on. As previously stated, if your website is selling a special shovel then you should try to find a website that is closely related to the product you are selling; like a “Tips and Tricks Lawn Care Site,” or “Home Improvements” for example.
Also if you find a forum or a blog you can always ask the website owner to post your banner there - especially if it is related to lawn care or planting.
A banner ad is usually made up of 2 or 3 pictures that work together like a slide show. This gives an animation effect. There are thousands of banner ad tools out there that can help you create a quality banner in less than 5 minutes.
Banner ads also present a potential business opportunity for your site. Once you have steady traffic you can offer to post other websites banner ads for a monthly fee. This is yet another income stream that your website can create for you.
If you chose to create your banner ad yourself or have it created elsewhere, here are some tips and ideas to help increase the response rate and success of your ad.
• Make your ad 468 x 60 pixels. That is the same as (6.5" x 0.833").
• Create a new graphic image for the banner. Do not take an existing image that is larger or smaller than 468 x 60 pixels and try to make it into this size. The image will not have the sharpness and clarity it must have to be a successful ad.
• Keep it short and to the point. Use as few words as possible.
• Use Text in Upper and Lower Case as in This Sentence. Do not use ALL CAPS AS IT IS TOO HARD TO READ AND SCREAMS AT YOUR AUDIENCE.
• Grab your viewers’ attention by mentioning an immediate benefit. Example: "Win a Free Gift Certificate" or "Win a Free Vacation."
• Keep image file size at 15K or less.
• Include your company logo and tag line on the banner so people become familiar with it.
• If your domain name is easy to remember such as: "affiliatemarketing.com" includes it in the ad so people will remember and visit your site again in the future.
Pop-Up Ads
Pop-up ads are a form of online advertising on the World Wide Web intended to increase web traffic or capture email addresses.
It works when certain web sites open a new web browser window to display advertisements.
The pop-up window containing an advertisement is usually generated by JavaScript, but can be generated by other means as well.
A variation on the pop-up window is the pop-under advertisement. This opens a new browser window, behind the active window. Pop-unders interrupt the user less, but are not seen until the desired windows are closed, making it more difficult for the user to determine which Web site opened them.
Pop-up ads by their nature are difficult to ignore or overlook, and are claimed to be more effective than static banner ads. Pop-ups have a much higher click rate than web banner ads do (about every14,000th popup ad is clicked on).
These forms of pop-ups sometimes spawn multiple windows, and as each window is closed by the user it activates code that spawns another window -- sometimes indefinitely. This is sometimes referred to by users as a "Java trap," "spam cascade" or "Pop-up Hell" among other names. Usually the only way to stop this is to close the browser.
The lesson to be learned here is that you SHOULD NOT steer website customers away from the reason they visited your site to begin with. Remember, “If you confuse ‘em, you lose ‘em.”
If they are lured to your site expecting to see one thing, and you spring something else on them, they will leave quickly. This goes for all of the Internet marketing methods in this book. Keep in line with your story board or I guarantee your sales will plummet to ZERO!
There are some good uses for Pop-up ads. They work great for newsletter subscriptions, special offers related to the site, or to make a last chance offer as a customer is exiting the site.

Pay Per Click Internet Advertising
Pay per click (PPC) is an Internet advertising model used on search engines, advertising networks, and content websites, such as blogs, where advertisers only pay when a user actually clicks on an advertisement to visit the advertisers' website.
With search engines, advertisers typically bid on keyword phrases relevant to their target market. When a user types a keyword query matching an advertiser's keyword list, or views a webpage with relevant content, the advertisements may be displayed.
sponsor_result_goolgle
Such advertisements are called sponsored links or sponsored ads, and appear adjacent to or above the "natural" or organic results on search engine results pages, or anywhere a webmaster or blogger chooses on a content page.
Content websites commonly charge a fixed price for a click rather than use a bidding mechanism.
Although many PPC providers exist, Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, and Microsoft adCenter are the largest network operators as of 2008.
Minimum prices per click, often referred to as costs per click (CPC), vary depending on the search engine and the level of competition for a particular phrase or keyword list—with some CPCs as low as US$0.01.
Very popular search terms can cost much more on popular search engines. The PPC advertising model is open to abuse through click fraud, although Google and other search engines have implemented automated systems to guard against abusive clicks by competitors or corrupt webmasters.
Now it’s time to login into Google AdWords and create an account. Go to: adwords.google.com and click sign up to begin. During the signup process you will actually create an ad from scratch with these following steps.
Target your customers: Select what language you want your customers to speak. If you have an English website then only pick English as you don’t want to pay for clicks from people who can’t even read your site. Also select your customer location. The best way is to select countries and territories. Once again only select pertinent countries.
Create your ad: Make sure to use the method in the diagram above.
Choose keywords: You should already have the list from the Overture keyword selector tool.
Set pricing: When you set your pricing make sure it is in your budget. Also once you get into the site you can edit all the again. Keywords will vary in PPC and this will have to be gauged by you whether you want to pay more to make your ad rank higher.
Review account: Look at all you setting, remember you will be able to edit this again once you are signed up. You will have full control.
Sign up: Fill out the info and give them your payment details.
You are now ready to start marketing your website through the use of PPC. There are several other PPC systems out there that work the same way. Once you master Google AdWords, I would suggest you try others. It’s also a good idea to read the Google AdWord tutorial so you know how to tweak your campaigns for optimal results.
For example if I want to create a website about affiliate marketing I would type affiliate marketing in the search box:
keyword1.png
This is what I would see when the search was complete:
keyword2.png
If you have a website about affiliate marketing you would enter the URL to find the keywords:
This is what the search results will look like:
Grab all of the keywords you can that are related to your offer. You’ll add all of these to your pay per click campaign.
E-mail Marketing
Imagine the power of being able to market to thousands of customers for free and at a click of a button. Just think for a moment no advertisement costs, instant results, and this can be done virtually from anywhere!
When done correctly e-mail marketing can literally explode your website traffic going from no visits to thousands of visits instantly.
Personally I have seen Millions of dollars made through e-mail marketing and in this chapter I will show you how to harness this awesome power.
Opt In Email Lists
E-mail marketing is not SPAM; these are two entirely separate entities. SPAM is the sending of unsolicited, unwanted, irrelevant, or inappropriate messages, especially commercial advertising in mass quantities.
E-mail marketing is the sending of wanted messages to a target opt in list. SPAM is nothing but trouble and highly ineffective plus against the law so be sure and stay clear of it.
Opt in e-mail lists comprise of several individuals that select to receive e-mails on a certain topic. Usually a confirmation is sent to their e-mail address confirming this subscription. Double opt in means that the e-mail list has been confirmed twice. So if you want to rent an e-mail list make sure it is an opt in list only. Also make sure it is from a viable trusted source.
You must be 100% confident that the list is opt in before you e-mail it or you are nothing more than a spammer. I find that renting e-mail lists will make sales but not as good as sending to your own e-mail list which I will show you how to build.
aweber
Create an Aweber account. Once your set up and ready to go Here is how you get started. Just visit the following link and watch the online tutorials that walk your through setting up your list and adding an opt-in form to your site or blog: aweber.com/videos.htm
Broadcast
Follow the same procedure as above to create a broadcast, with the exception of choosing broadcast in step three above.
Intervals
When setting up Intervals in your auto responder I have found that sending out a series of eleven messages works best.
The first message arrives immediately upon opt in.
After that the intervals are as follows:.
The intervals I use are as follows:
• #1 Immediately
• #2 sent 1 day from previous
• #3 sent 1 day from previous
• #4 sent 2 day from previous
• #5 sent 2 day from previous
• #6 sent 2 day from previous
• #7 sent 7 day from previous
• #8 sent 14 day from previous
Collecting E-mails
Having your own e-mail list is virtually like having the right to print money. The three primary methods of collecting e-mail addresses are:
• Online Newsletters subscription
• Online information resources
• Optional fields on order forms
Offering a free online newsletter subscription is highly effective. Your newsletter must appeal to the audience. For instance if your audience is sports fanatics then why would you offer them a newsletter on wealth? Keep in line with your targeted audience.
Online information like free bonuses and product updates are a great way to pull your customers online and grab their e-mail. Example: you can have a subscribe box that says “to obtain your free bonus and to subscribe to our newsletter simply enter your e-mail address here”.
Once they do it you can have an auto-responder send their bonus and archive there e-mail address for future use.
The last method of collecting e-mail addresses is on your order forms. Be sure on any product or service you sell to collect an e-mail address both online and offline. I would say about 50% of people will give it to you no problem.
How To Send Bulk E-mails To Your List
Once you start building your e-mail list you will need a program that can send and manage them as it grows.
There are several different programs out there that will do it. However through trial and error I have narrowed it down to one called Constant Contact. This service is great plus there is a free tech support line you can call at anytime. Constant Contact will do the following for you and your list:
• Easily create powerful email campaigns
• Build and manage your email lists
• Track email campaign results
• Get your emails delivered
You can find Constant Contact at: constantcontact.com
For more advanced e-mail marketing also consider Aweber.com
Nurturing Your List
Once you have built an e-mail list and you start mailing to it. Don’t flood it with offers. Make sure you nurture it and give them valuable free information. This way subscribers will look forward to your messages and you won’t be deleted immediately.
When you have more people opting out of your list the people who remain on your list are those who are more qualified and more likely to buy your products. So while you lose people, you also keep the best. This is a trade off you should consider when sending more than 2 emails per week.
On a final note of this chapter make sure you always have an opt out option at the bottom of every e-mail you send. If you are using a system like Constant contact or Aweber, then your opt out links will automatically be added to every email you provide, and these companies will enforce SPAM free emails automatically for you.
Techniques
Advertisers use several recognizable techniques in order to better convince the public to buy a product and shape the public's attitude towards their product. These may include:
Repetition: Some advertisers concentrate on making sure their product is widely recognized. To that end, they simply attempt to make the name remembered through repetition.
Bandwagon: By implying that the product is widely used, advertisers hope to convince potential buyers to "get on the bandwagon."
Testimonials: Advertisers often attempt to promote the superior quality of their product through the testimony of ordinary users, experts, or both. "Three out of four dentists recommend..." This approach often involves an appeal to authority.
Pressure: By attempting to make people choose quickly and without long consideration, some advertisers hope to make rapid sales: "Buy now, before they're all gone!"
Appeal to emotion: Various techniques relating to manipulating emotion are used to get people to buy a product. Apart from artistic expression intended to provoke an emotional reaction (which are usually for associative purposes, or to relax or excite the viewer), three common argumentative appeals to emotion in product advertising are wishful thinking, appeal to flattery, and appeal to ridicule.
Association: Advertisers often attempt to associate their product with desirable imagery to make it seem equally desirable. The use of attractive models, a practice known as sex in advertising, picturesque landscapes and other alluring images is common. Also used are "buzzwords" with desired associations. On a large scale, this is called branding.
Advertising slogans: These can employ a variety of techniques; even a short phrase can have extremely heavy-handed technique.
Guerilla advertising: Advertising by association. Done in such a way so the target audience does not know that they have been advertised to, but their impression of the product is increased (or decreased) if that is the intent of the advertiser.
Subliminal messages: It was feared that some advertisements would present hidden messages, for example through brief flashed messages or the soundtrack that would have a hypnotic effect on viewers ('Must buy car. Must buy car.')
Call to Action
A basic law of sales is that a face-to-face salesperson must ask for an order. As a salesperson selling through an advertisement, you should also call your customer to immediate action.
You don't want your customers to cut out the coupon and put it away for another day. You want your customers to order immediately.
Research has demonstrated that regardless of initial intent, in most instances, if your prospects don't order immediately, they don't order at all. Include incentives, such as a statement on limited quantities or a limited time offer.
call to action
People are moved to act by things that appeal to their emotions. If you package whatever you’re selling in the right emotional sequence, people will become totally enthused over something that would otherwise go completely unnoticed and have no effect on their life whatsoever.
If you want action and sales, turn to strong emotional appeals. The process of building emotion into sales copy is not easy, but there is a workable formula. Search through other ads and sales letters for headlines and copy ideas that move your own emotions. That is probably the easiest and most practical way to develop your own.
Following are twenty-three reasons why people spend their money:
1
. To make money
2
. To save money
3
. To save time
4
. To avoid effort
5
. To achieve comfort
6
. To enjoy good health
7
. To protect family
8
. To be in style
9
. To own beautiful things
1
0. To satisfy appetites

1. To emulate others
1
2. To be safe in making purchases
13
. To escape pain
14
. To be praised
15
. To be popular
16
. To attract the opposite sex
17
. To conserve possessions
18
. To gratify curiosity
19
. To avoid criticism
20
. To realize individuality
21
. To take advantage of opportunities
22.
To avoid trouble
23.
To protect their reputation
You must focus on one or more of these basic buying motivations if you hope to sell anything to anyone, anywhere, anytime. This is even more important in mail order than personal sales, because print sales are never as forceful as the one-on-one spoken word.
Nearly every product you decide to sell will embody the satisfaction of one or more of the above basic human wants. Your job is to define which wants are satisfied by your product, and then devise copy that connects your product with a person’s motive for buying it
