Where is my data?
Your data is not yet available because your account is new and we need more time to gather the data.
Bing Webmaster Tools requires up to three days to extract index data for our charts. Other data, such as traffic queries, can take up to a week to appear in the tools. This is because we don’t start collecting that specific site data for the tools until you have successfully registered your site, and once done, we then begin to monitor that data flow.
Data freshness
The data presented in Bing Webmaster Tools may not be current to the present day. This can be due to one or more factors, including:
There is a lag time between when we collect the data, calculate the statistics, and when they become available in Bing Webmaster Tools.
Your site may not be getting crawled everyday because:
Your site design and structure is hard to crawl
Your site may have very little content to index
Your site’s content is not updated or added to very often
Your site may be bandwidth constricted or very slow to respond to crawl requests
Your site may be blocking access to search crawlers via robots.txt directives
Your site may be using web spam techniques
Your site may be infected with malware
Rest assured that the Bing Webmaster Tools development team is working continuously to improve the performance and freshness of the data. You can help with that effort by making sure your site is well-designed and easy to crawl, offers consistently fresh and compelling content, and adheres to both the Bing Guidelines for successful indexing and generally accepted search engine optimization (SEO) principles, such as those performed in a site review.
