Responsibilities
The new owner will be responsible for site operations including support, general maintenance and sales. A minimum of 5 hours per week should be expected to continue running the site - I'm sure the right buyer will see the opportunity to invest more time and really increase profits.
About The Sale - Payment, Requirements, etc.
As mentioned above, I am seeking a motivated and serious buyer. I need to do a speedy sale as the money is extremely important right now. I will assist the new owner in taking over the site and getting up to speed. My time is very limited right now but I will be available for scheduled phone consulting and email consulting for three full months.
Payment arrangements are somewhat flexible, but they must be fairly quick. I would prefer to meet in person or at least discuss all details over the phone before closing the sale of this site.
