I don't know why and I don't care (since PR is only important for link sellers) but this site has been ranked very well since February 2008.
My inner web pages even got the 1st rank in different competitive keywords since September and November (which mean my toolbar PR has no relation at all to my SERPs). Even Matt Cutts has stated that PR update has no relation to SERPs.
